The new Klinikum Landshut marks a milestone in modern healthcare provision in Bavaria. The replacement building will supersede the existing inpatient care facilities with a forward-looking hospital complex designed to meet future healthcare needs.

The first construction phase, a seven-storey atrium building with 222 beds, was officially inaugurated in 2024.
The second construction phase, providing an additional 132 beds, is currently in the planning stage and will complete the hospital complex in the coming years.
The new inpatient ward building is distinguished by its light-filled interiors, generous panoramic windows, and a clear, functional layout. Patient rooms are oriented towards the surrounding greenery, offering views of the adjacent park. The building accommodates surgical wards, a dialysis and pain management unit, as well as contemporary lounge and support spaces for patients and staff. A bright atrium with an internal courtyard serves as a central meeting space and key point of orientation within the building.
