Working closely with renowned artists is a key part of our design philosophy.

According to public procurement guidelines, one percent of construction costs is reserved for public art. For us, this is not just a formal requirement — it is a principle we fully embrace. Architectural art creates identity, helps people find their way, and improves the experience of a space. It adds lasting value that goes far beyond the one percent. It gives buildings a distinctive character and transforms them into vibrant places that inspire and connect people.

Our exhibition EINPROZENT offers insights into this approach. We present selected projects where art is an essential part of the architectural concept.

We warmly invite you to the exhibition opening on Saturday, 28 June, at 11:00 a.m. The vernissage will include a panel discussion with the artist Manfred Mayerle and a guided tour of the works on display.
On Sunday, 29 June, additional tours will take place at 12:00 p.m. and by request — perfect for those interested in exploring the dialogue between architecture and public art in more depth.
