Architect / Civil Engineer / Construction Technician for Tendering and Contracting

You will be responsible for tendering and awarding contracts, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of our projects. From drawing up service specifications to reviewing and evaluating bids and preparing precise cost calculations, you will ensure transparent and reliable award processes.

What makes you stand out?

A degree in architecture or civil engineering and relevant experience in cost planning, tendering and awarding contracts.

Confident use of tendering software (e.g. iTWO) and MS Office; interest in digital tools and the linking of AVA and BIM (3D-5D)

Strong communication skills, team-oriented and self-organised with a structured approach to work and business fluent German skills
