Kantonsspital Baden (KSB) has received the European Healthcare Design Award 2025 in the Healthcare Design (>25,000 m²) category. The prestigious award is presented annually as part of the congress in London and honours healthcare buildings that stand out for their architectural quality, innovation and strong focus on users’ needs.

The jury particularly highlighted KSB’s integrated design approach, which brings together functional efficiency, a high-quality environment and the well-being of both patients and staff in a coherent overall concept.
