Klinikum Memmingen is being planned and delivered throughout using state-of-the-art BIM technology. With the help of cloud-based 3D models and powerful coordination tools, we have been able to systematically enhance quality and efficiency across all project phases. Particular recognition was given to our consistent use of openBIM processes and the close, interdisciplinary collaboration between architects, engineers and construction companies.
