As the second building block of the research campus, the compact structure complements the new CHyN building and frames the new urban edges to the north and west. This creates a clear address that accentuates the campus square and orients the main entrance toward the future green axis.

Inside, the building is divided into laboratory, office, and communication zones, whose proximity promotes synergies and enables short distances. The conference room on the ground floor can be flexibly divided and opens onto the green inner courtyard – an extension of the foyer into the outdoor space.

HARBOR embodies an architecture that promotes concentration and exchange in equal measure. Clear forms, light, and openness create an atmosphere that inspires research and fosters community – a haven for ideas.
