The Lindberghatelier is located in the Freimanner Hölzl industrial park in Munich. The design aims for maximum flexibility and functional clarity: a building that creates both workspaces and communication spaces while responding to the heterogeneous environment of the industrial park.
The multi-layered façade made of industrial glass and embossed sheet steel creates a powerful interplay of openness and protection. The individually designed slats form a lively rhythm – and at the same time the striking logo of Nickl & Partner.
Open office and workshop areas spanning two floors promote interaction and flexible use, while exposed concrete, galvanized steel, industrial parquet flooring, and mastic asphalt characterize the modern workspaces. Green roofs and terraces offer additional quiet retreats.
